Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. We will endeavour to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but, to the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be held liable for late delivery.
Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you, or, if you are to arrange delivery, when the goods are available for collection by you.
You must notify us within 8 days of the dispatch date (as stated in the email we send confirming dispatch) if you have not received an item. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
Our New Zealand , Australian and international orders are sent via our appointed courier partners or NZ Post , all items are tracked and will incur additional delivery costs as advised by us. For Australian deliveries, certain other duties, taxes and charges may apply. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. COVID-19 UPDATE: Please be aware that some of our customers, especially to Australia are experiencing delays due to the reduced volume of flights leaving New Zealand which has resulted in less space for freight. Thank you for your patience we are monitoring the situation daily.
Please choose carefully and take time to read the care instructions as we do not refund unless item/s are faulty . We are happy to exchange your item/s if notified to us prior to return (so that we can discuss the return process) and returned to us within 10 days of the date you received your order. Items are to be returned to Ottoman Collection in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging . We cannot accept returned goods after this date or goods that are not returned in the condition set out in this policy.
Please wrap the items carefully and enclose the invoice with your items and send to the address below.

Except where the item/s are is faulty , you will be required to arrange and pay for the delivery charges on the return and resend of item/s.
If the item/s is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
On receipt of your returned item/s , we will credit you in the method you originally paid.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we exclude all warranties, descriptions, representations or conditions in relation to the goods and/or services provided by us implied by law, trade, custom or otherwise;
- where goods are advertised with reference to photograph(s) we will endeavour to deliver the corresponding goods, however we do not warrant that the goods we deliver to you will be identical to those displayed in the photograph(s);
- our liability for any claim, damages, loss or expense related to the supply by use of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for such good or services;
- we will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, or loss of profits, loss of data, loss of savings and loss of opportunity.

Our relationship will be governed by the laws and courts of New Zealand.
